the TWINX2048-3500LL PRO and the TWINX2048-4400 PRO. Both pairs belong to the
high-end XMS series from Corsair, and are claimed to be highly overclockable. Let’s see if they perform as good as they look!

Today, we are looking at two sets of high-end 2x1GB memory modules from Corsair,
the TWINX2048-3500LL PRO and the TWINX2048-4400 PRO. Both pairs belong to the
high-end XMS series from Corsair, and are claimed to be highly overclockable.

According to Corsair and ASUS, these memory run best on the latest ASUS A8N32-SLi
motherboard, which utilises AMD’s Socket 939 processors and the nForce4
SLi x16 chipset. Both companies must have done some testing using the 3500LL
PRO and the Asus A8N32-SLi on that board with this memory, but we all know that
this statement is probably more marketing than anything else.

For those unfamiliar with the Corsair XMS PRO series of memory,
this pair of rams, like the rest in the family, has activity indicator LEDs
running along the top edge for the added bling and cool effect.
