Following the Geforce GTX 465 release on June 1st, Nvidia is expected to release a Geforce GTX 460 card. Donanimhaber reports that the GTX 460 is now set to release in mid-July.

The GTX 460 is set to feature 768MB GDDR5 RAM mated to a 192-bit memory interface. Other details are obscure at this point.

While previous rumours suggested that the GTX 460 will be a GF104 product with 256-bit memory, this latest report casts further doubt. It is possible that the GTX 460 is GF104 after all, but with a 192-bit, taking on the HD 5700 series. The other possibility is that GTX 460 is a further salvage on the GF100 die, perhaps featuring 8-10 SM. In the second case, it is likely that GF104 will take up the GTS 400 series.

At best, all information on the Geforce 400 series products after GTX 465 is vague. We can expect to hear more during Computex 2010 time.
