[Rumour] Release date updates - ATI/Nvidia DX11 cards

Digitimes reports that ATI's Cypress HD 5800 products will be released in late September, mass shipping in October. Nvidia's GT300 is expected to be sampled in late September, with retail availability December at the earliest. More details next page.

Digitimes reports that ATI's Cypress HD 5800 products will be released in late September, mass shipping in October.

Nvidia's GT300 is expected to be sampled in late September, with retail availability December at the earliest.

According to Xbitlabs, ATI's enthusiast product, the dual GPU Hemlock (rumoured to be branded Radeon HD 5870 X2) will only release in Q4 '09, around the November timeframe.

To sum-up, the latest rumoured schedule for the next-generation DX11 products:

ATI Evergreen - Sampled 10th September, retail availability late September / early October.
ATI Hemlock (dual GPU) - Retail availability mid-late Q4 '09.
Nvidia GT300 - Sampled late September, available "December at the earliest".
