I started off at a low voltage point of 2.1v and with the default Latency of CL4-4-3-5 (which is considered pretty decent Timings for DDR2).

2.25v gives a big yield transiting from 2.15v, so you can see that the rated mark of 2.1v is close to the "high-efficiency" mark.

510MHz at CL4-4-3-5 with just 2.3v is very nice results for a pair that is not assigned to the "Uber-Fast & Uber-Expensive" task force. To proceed from here, I had to loosen the latency to CL5-5-5-15:

Immediately, she went to 551MHz stable at the same modest 2.3v!
