Transcend AxeRAM DDR2 1066MHz 2GB KitCL5 testing
At 2.25V, We managed to hit 620Mhz at 5-5-5-15 stable. Click on the screenie for SuperPi 32M, 3DM01 lobby and Sandra benchmarks.
at 2.3V, we managed to do 630Mhz, stable in SuperPi 4M but not 3DM01 Lobby.
Ramping up the voltage to 2.45V and relaxing the timings to 5-6-6-18 proves fruitful, as we were able to achieve 640Mhz stable in SuperPi 4M & Lobby.
We hit wall at 645Mhz on the Asus P5KC at 2.55V, and this is only SuperPi 1M stable.

I am new here, and have one question about the review. Was it easy to take off the heatsinks from the memoru modules? And how did you take them off? It would be nice if I knew that because I ordered those memory modules and will be putting on thermalright HR-07 ram coolers.
Thanks a lot
Arne

For me personally, this is the first time that I have used transcend in a system build outside of work. At work, we use a great deal of 667 Fully Buffered and 667 REG/ECC DIMMS in our server builds and DDR2-800 NON-ECC/REG in desktops. From what I can tell, these are the first sticks of 1066 in our building from Transcend.
