Taipei based A-DATA Technology, the world’s 2nd largest vendor of DRAM Modules, is unveiling its latest USB 3.0 products at CeBIT 2010.

First up, we have the N002 combo flash drive. Sporting both USB 3.0 and
SATA II interfaces, the flash-drive is able to deliver transfer rates
of up to 200 MB/s (read) and 170 MB/s (write). Next, we have the NH01
portable hard drive which is able to support data transfer speeds of up
to 10 times the speed of USB 2.0. Last but not least, we have the S599
SSD. Built on the SandForce™ SF-1200 SSD processors, it supports
transfer rates of up to 280 MB/s (read) and 270 MB/s (write). New
products on display also include the waterproof SH93 portable hard
drive, T001 flash drive with soccer design and a PSU.
