Adobe Creative Suite 5 Review

Our Master Collection review bundle includes two DVDs containing the essential program files. We expected an extra disc of goodies (with sample content and other stuff) to ship with the final release, but don’t take our word for it.

Hello.

Time to put in a string of numbers.
The Master Collection is quite a monster – for a complete installation, spare no less than 18.9GB, and don’t forget to add in a few more gigabytes of working space for programs. We reckon 30GB of free space should be enough to tide anyone by, but of course, YMMV.

This is going to take a while. When’s the last time we installed 20GB worth of programs in a single sitting?

Done!

A whole lot of Adobe love. Note that our previous CS3 installation co-exists peacefully with the new kid on the block.
With over 16 programs to choose from, which one do we start with? Photoshop, of course.
