AMD has demonstrated a working silicon of the Llano APU at TFE 2010. The demonstrations included Aliens vs Predator and a high-definition played back smoothly despite running a DirectCompute celestial body simulation and HyperPi. The APU demonstrated looks to be a notebook version, cooled only be a two-pipe blower type heatsink.   More next page...

AMD has demonstrated a working silicon of the Llano APU at TFE 2010. Intially expected to hit stores in Q1 2011, Llano is now on track for a release in "mid-2011". This could mean late-Q2 or early-Q3. The Brazos platform is well on schedule, with devices based on Brazos shipping in early 2011. Ontario APU is aimed at netbooks and low power devices, while nettops and regular notebooks will feature Zacate.

AMD's Computing Solutions Division Croporate VP and GM also showed off a Llano wafer.

In addition to the Llano demonstration, official pictures of the Radeon HD 6800 series were also revealed.
