AMD Rev H CPU Based Servers In Q2 2007

Makers are already shipping dual-core servers based on AMD’s AM2 processors. As for the quad-core processors, server ODMs have already received samples of AMD’s Revision (Rev) H and Intel’s Xeon 3200 and have started developing supporting motherboards. Rev H-based servers are expected to ship in the second quarter of 2007, while shipments of Xeon 3200-based servers will begin in January 2007.
