BIOS options

The i915GMm-HFS doesn’t have a spectacular BIOS to cater to the average overclocker,
as the board is built specifically for the home theatre pc enthusiast group
in mind. Let’s take a look at some of available tweaking options.

Memory Options

The board comes with the 4 standard memory tweaking options, CAS, RAS to CAS
Delay, RAS Precharge and Active to Precharge Delay.

Voltage and Frequency Options

CPU Bus Frequency – 100Mhz – 400Mhz
CPU Voltage Settings – 0.700V – 1.388V
N/B Voltage Settings – 1.050V & 1.500V (Only available when using DDR-II
RAM)

Fan Control Options

The board offers 3 Fan settings, Full Speed, Smart Control and Fixed Speed
for all fans. Smart Control enables users to tune the fan speeds according to
the temperature of the thermal diode onboard, with 3 settings of 30C to 40C.
Fixed Fan speed allows users to manually from 0% to 100% in steps of 6 &
7%.
