Workers have been quite busy in recent days putting up banners for Apple’s imminent conference. At first glance they don’t look like much, but maybe that’s the point.

There have been a lot of different things rumored to be announced at WWDC early next week from updates to Apple’s various software including iOS 7 and OS X 10.9, as well as possible MacBook refreshes.

The new banners may re-iterate some things that have been speculated regarding the updates to their software, especially iOS 7. As you can see in the pictures above and below, they’re very simplistic banners considering their sizes.

The minimalist design of the banners themselves echo the rumors that have come out in recent weeks. Jony Ive hopes to take iOS 7 in a similar direction by “flattening” the OS which is essentially making them simpler and lighter on the eyes. Apple has been no stranger to including hints in not only their banners but also their invitations for events. We’re only days away from seeing all the new updates so stay tuned.
