The new 15 inch Macbook Pro that was announced as well, will still have the non removable battery as the current 17 inch model. A SD card reader has been included as well. The starting price tag will be US$1699.

The 13-inch unibody MacBook has undergo various changes and improvements, and it’s now part of the MacBook Pro line as well.
As such, all the aluminum machines are now Pros, with the same built-in battery promising 7 hours of life. It has a SD card slot, a FireWire 800 port, up to 8GB of RAM, upwards of 500GB of storage and a backlit keyboard as standard.
