Today, Apple showcased their new 17-inch MacBook Pro at the Macworld Expo 2009. According to the manufacturer, the MacBook is lighter, thinner, comes with a new configuration and has a longer battery life. It has a thickness of less than an inch and claims to be the world's thinnest 17-inch notebook.

Also announced at the Macworld include iLife ’09, iWork ’09 and iTunes Store going DRM-free.
