It is all news from Apple as a new lineup of iMac, Mac Mini and also Macbook. The new models comes with better hardware.

Firstly, the iMac. Apple has unveiled some completely new iMacs, with displays of 21.5-inch and 27-inch. All are 16:9 displays and which are all-aluminum enclosures.

Using widescreen IPS panels which are LED-backlit, the iMacs' 21.5-inch display is a full HD (1920x1080) resolution while the 27-inch big brother has an awesome 2,560 x 1,440 resolution. Also, there is a video-in (with a special cable from Apple) for the 27 inch model,

Looking into the graphics, users are able to choose between this for the 21.5-inch model

• NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics processor with 256MB of DDR3 SDRAM shared with main memory
• ATI Radeon HD 4670 graphics processor with 256MB of GDDR3 memory

and this for the 27 inch model

• ATI Radeon HD 4670 graphics processor with 256MB of GDDR3 memory
• ATI Radeon HD 4850 graphics processor with 512MB of GDDR3 memory

Looking into the processor,

• 21.5-inch and 27-inch models, one of the following:
  • 3.06GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor with 3MB shared L2 cache
  • 3.33GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor with 6MB shared L2 cache
  
  
• 27-inch models only, one of the following:
  • 2.66GHz quad-core Intel Core i5 processor with 8MB shared L3 cache; Turbo Boost dynamic performance up to 3.2GHz
  • 2.8GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 processor with 8MB shared L3 cache; Turbo Boost dynamic performance up to 3.46GHz; Hyper-Threading for up to eight virtual cores

That's right, Core i5 and Core i7 options are available for the 27 inch model in the Apple store.

Peripheral-wise, wireless keyboard and the new Apple Magic mouse is included in the standard configuration
