Our review unit comes in a black box with the Lamborghini and ASUS Eee PC logos on the cover. Bundled accessories include a power adapter, user manual and warranty card.
Unlike the standard power connector, the VX6 uses a smaller connector head (above right picture) which resembles that of the slightly older smartphones before the adoption of micro USB.
The ASUS sports a glossy black finish which looks exceptionally stylish. The netbook's display has a slight-angled design at the connecting hinge, with the model name printed on it. On the left holds the mini power connector, VGA output, HDMI and USB ports, and memory card slot.
On the right are the audio connectors (headphone and microphone), two USB 3.0 and Ethernet ports. There is also a Kensington lock hole for those who want to secure the netbook with a Kensington cable.
Above the screen is the 1.3-megapixel camera – more than sufficient for those who video-conference with colleagues, friends and family.
Flipping the VX6 upside down, we see a 5200mAh 56Wh lithium-ion battery as well as two Kreton ES 2GB DDR3-1066-CL7 memory modules after removing the compartment cover.
