ASUS Padfone Preview – An MWC 2012 Exclusive

The final Padfone design as seen at MWC 2012 – we got to admit it does look familar…

Left of phone – micro HDMI, USB connector and 3 golden pins for docking purposes

 

Right – Up/Down buttons for volume control

 

Top – Power button and Earpiece jack

 

Back – 8 megapixel f/2.2 camera with LED flash

 

Closer look at the stylish maroon ribbed back cover

 

Internals – the Padfone accepts a standard HSPA+ SIM and has a microSD slot for up to 64GB of expansion

 

Removable Battery – 1520mAh Li-Ion

 

Stunning 4.3-inch Super AMOLED qHD display, which is the same panel used in the wildly popular Samsung Galaxy series
