As usual, Japan was the first in the world to dish out retail products when samples aren’t even supposed to be available yet; the Asus A8V-E Deluxe is available ¥17,800-¥18,795.

The board is feature-packed with one PCI Express x16, one PCI Express x1×2 threes PCI, and four memory slots. Asus provides two LAN ports one of them Marvell, one Gb LAN/WLAN. The board also supports Firewire and Serial ATA RAID.

Asus is also making a K8T890 PRO board and it should be coming later. It’s interesting to note that the K8T890 Pro supports two graphic slots and might bring SLI to you. We don’t know how possibly can VIA validate it but I guess there is a way.
