Back To The Future: The Game, out on Windows and Mac
If you enjoyed the 1980′s Back To The Future movie trilogy, Marty McFly and Doc Brown are back. Well, not exactly in another movie, but in the form of the game for PC and Mac (and game consoles too in time). The game is available now at US$24.95.
With the success of the Back To The Future movie trilogy starring Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd, some game companies tried to milk the popularity with their developed games more than a decade ago. Unfortunately, they weren’t as good as the movie itself.
Fast-forward to 2010, Telltale Games has recently launched Back To The Future: The Game (http://www.backtothefuturegame.com/) with a more cartoonish approach. Dive into new adventures with Marty McFly, Doc Brown and the trust DeLorean time machine as the game brings about five new episodes, with each new episode that will be released in the next four months. Don’t worry, the game you bought cover all five episodes.
Back To The Future: The Game starts from the first episode which pick up from the end of the movie trilogy. About six months later, Marty wondered where Doc were, and suddenly the DeLorean appeared driverless, with just a tape-recorded message that Doc was in trouble. As a player, you have to travel through time to find and help Doc.
The Back To The Future: The Game is currently available on PC and Mac at US$24.95. The game will also be launched on the PlayStation Network and iPad platforms early 2011.
