In a recent announcement, Belkin will be unveiling its latest accessory targeted to the iPhone 3.0 OS.

Known as the TuneCast Auto Live FM Transmitter, it pulls GPS data from the phone to figure out the clearest FM frequency to use based on “geographical” data and on the recommendations of other local users.

Allowing the user to control from the iPhone interface with the free ClearScan Live app, which reduces device juggling, the unit also works with the iPod touch, iPod classic and iPod nano.

TuneCast Auto Live FM Transmitter will be available early this fall for US$80.
