Compucase to unleash Cougar Evolution BO 'Super Mid Tower'
Taiwanese maker of cases Compucase (HEC) has a new Cougar-branded 'Super Mid Tower' planned for the European market next month. Dubbed the Evolution BO, the upcoming model is more of a variation to the existing Evolution that is already available, featuring a bold orange and black color scheme inevitably attracting a love or hate it crowd, top mounted 3.5/2.5-inch SATA drive dock and built-in fan controller.

Dubbed the Evolution BO, the upcoming model is more of a variation to the existing Evolution that is already available, featuring a bold orange and black color scheme inevitably attracting a love or hate it crowd, top mounted 3.5/2.5-inch SATA drive dock and built-in fan controller.
With support for both micro and full-sized ATX cases, the Evolution BO's I/O panel gives two USB 2.0 as well as three USB 3.0 ports and there are six external 5.25-inch bays resident, all of which use tool-free mounting.
Internally there are four 3.5-inch trays, eight PCI slots and a couple pre-drilled holes for watercooling at the rear. On the subject of cooling, the case comes with a single 120mm Vortex HDB fan installed at the rear, with the ability to add a further six fans at your leisure.
It is expected that the Evolution BO will hit European stores at a price point of 99 Euro.
