Corsair Force SSD 02 Corsair Unveils 2.5 SATA II Force SSD series

Corsair has announced its Force SSD series, expanding its portfolio of
high performance storage solutions. Available in capacities of 100Gb (CSSD-F200GB2-BRKT) and 200Gb (CSSD-F100GB2-BRKT), they feature the SandForce SF-1200 controller, MLC NAND flash memory, decreased power consumption, TRIM command and a MTBF of 1,000,000 hours. They are equipped with a SATA II interface for connectivity and deliver transfer speeds of up to 285Mb/s read and 275Mb/s write. The Force SSD series are bundled with 2.5″ to 3.5″ brackets and are backed by a two year limited warranty. They can be purchased from major retailers and e-tailers now at a MSRP of 369 Euro (100Gb) and 641 Euro (200Gb).
