It is generally accepted that the only way to enjoy one's music at a reasonably high audio quality while on the move will be to invest in a decent set of headphones, as the drivers found in a pair of conventional earphones are usually too small to provide the kind of fidelity that most audiophiles will crave for. However, Creative is back to buck that trend with its new Aurvana In-Ear3 earphones, which the company claims are capable of providing both "precise sonic performance" and "excellent noise reduction" for critical listeners.

Headphones may still be the devices to look out for if one is looking for a pair of cans that are capable of providing decent audio quality coupled with various additional bells and whistles, such as the ability to block out external noise, but it seems that such features are now quickly making their way into much smaller earphones today, thanks to the rapid advancement of technology. And if you happen to be currently looking out for a pair of earphones that offer both superior audio quality and the capability of performing the same noise-cancellation feature found in larger headphones today, you are in luck: Creative has just announced the existance of its new Aurvana In-Ear3 earphones which are reportedly capable of carrying out the aforementioned tasks.
According to the press release issued by the company, each side of the Aurvana In-Ear3 earphones is powered by "two micro balanced armatures" that manage both the earphones' tweeters and woofers, which are seperated by an "angled acoustic tube design to prevent premature mixing of the audio". Creative claims that this combination results in what it calls a "harmonious blend of detailed highs and rich mids/lows precisely channelled into the ear canal", which allows for unparalleled playback resolution.
In addition, Creative also claims that the AuraSeal in-ear design used in the In-Ear3 is capable of blocking up to 98% of external noise, thus makeing it ideal for users to enjoy stereo-quality audio at all times regardless on their location, while the use of a "high purity, oxygen-free copper cable" for the transfer of audio signels "significantly reduces unwanted distortion for crystal clear sound reproduction".
Sounds great? Well, you have to wait a little longer to get your hands on a pair of these earphones, as Creative has confirmed that the Aurvana In-Ear3 will only be available for sale in Singapore from both its online store and authorised resellers from mid June onwards. Still, if it is of any consolation, the earphones will be sold at the sugested retail price of S$199, so there is still enough time to tighten those belts and start saving up for a pair of these earphones.
