CRYORIG has teamed up with NZXT to announce the launch of its software-controlled RGB LED H7 Quad Lumi CPU cooler, based on the company’s popular H7 cooler. The product was actually announced back in May last year and was expected to go on sale by Xmas 2016.
Now, regular gamers aren’t likely to be very interested in the H7 Quad Lumi, as the fancy RGB LED lighting obviously has zero impact on the actual cooling performance. However, if you own a high-end gaming PC with a host of RGB LED illuminated components inside, the CRYORIG H7 Quad Lumi certainly deserves your attention. Thanks to the NZXT CAM software and a smartphone app, you will be able to customize the logo and base lighting to complement the other RGB LED components in your system.
While it is based on the CRYORIG H7, there are a few additions such as four higher performance heatpipes to support higher TDP CPUs, a QF120 LED 1,600 RPM fan and a reworked mounting system. The company claims the H7 Quad Lumi boasts 15% superior heat dissipation performance compared to the H7 and also supports CPUs up to 160+ watt TDP rating. Thanks to the new Quick Mount System, the cooler is compatible with LGA2011 v3, LGA115x, and AMD AM4 sockets.
The H7 Quad Lumi will be released worldwide next month with an MSRP of US $59.99 worldwide and €59.99 in Europe.
