Looking for a simple and affordable all in one solution to
a home entertainment PC system? Well the growing trend for appetite such as
this is towards the IGP (Integrated Graphics Processor) mainboards. On this
platform, consumers save on the cost of getting a graphics card that can perform
TV-out with HDTV (High Definition TV) capabilities. Playing the latest 3D games
smoothly is also a much sought after feature, which is sorely lacking in the
IGP motherboards of the recent past. DFI, a company well-known for their motherboards tuned for high performance and overclockability has recently launched their
RS482 mainboard of their Infinity series of motherboards. Based on the rather
new ATI Radeon Xpress 200/SB450 chipset, DFI promises to bring an all-rounded,
versatile entertainment PC to the mass at a very affordable price.
