to test my pair of 2 x 1GB EDevices DDR2 – DFI LAN Party
UT ICFX3200-T2R/G – RD600 Motherboard
which offers independant Memory overclocking
features, meaning that tests can be thorough to the last MHz.

Let’s start the ball rolling with a modest 2.1v Memory Voltage. A rather low
latency – fast timing is set – Cas Latency 4-4-4-18. I also cranked the Command
Rate setting to 1T, the most aggressive around. Since the board seems to be
able to perform 1T stably only if the Memory speed is below 500MHz, this test
is pretty straightforward with the RAMs doing 481MHz CL4-4-4-18 with just 2.1v.
