California based EVGA has started selling its Hydro Copper water-blocks for GeForce GTX 470. 

Manufactured by Swiftech, the Hydro Copper water-block features a chrome plated electrolytic
C100 copper base plate, a 0.6 x 0.6 mm thin pin matrix, a heat-pipe
(joining the power mosfet heat-sink), and supports both 1/2” and 3/8”
high-flow fittings. The sleek full cover water-block, compatible with
2-way, 3-way and 4-way SLI setups, is able to cool the GPU, I/O chips,
VREG area and memory modules. They can be
purchased now from EVGA for USD 139.99,
