Thus, in terms of low latency, the Corsair CM2X1024-6400C3 does the best, buit 3 of them are relatively close! We also see the interesting fact that the Corsair C3 does worse than the Corsair C5 in CL4 clocking but better at CL3 clocking, It appears that the C3 are speed binned with testing done at CAS 3.

Overall, even though I did not removed the heatspreaders on the 3 pairs of Memory, I’m quite sure they are actually using the same RAM chips on them. They react similarly to voltage and achieve results that are very close. And all 3 overclocks really well, with the bandwidth results to prove. In terms of maximum clock speed, the GSkill takes the crown.
