ASUS has sent us some information of their latest motherboard, the Rampage III Formula. The Rampage III Formula is part of the Republic of Gamers (ROG) series line-up. This board uses Intel’s X58 Express chipset, and supports Socket 1366 processors.

The Formula series is known for delivering a balance of gaming-related features at a superior value. First, you have an Intel X58 Express chipset sitting on this board. This means you get to use the fastest series of processors in the market – the Intel Core i7 series, including the Core i7-980X Extreme Edition. Then, there is the GameFirst bandwidth mutlitasker which we have seen in previous ASUS boards. It enables users to download stuff in the background while preventing latency related issues during online gaming sessions due to poor bandwidth management.
