Gainward announces GeForce GT 430
Gainward has announced its GeForce GT 430 graphics card, based on NVIDIA’s GF108 chipset. The GeForce GT 430 is clocked at 700MHz core and 1600MHz (effective) memory, and goes up against ATI’s Radeon HD 5570 and HD 5550.
Gainward has announced its GeForce GT 430 graphics card, based on NVIDIA’s GF108 chipset. The GeForce GT 430 has 96 CUDA cores and is clocked at 700MHz. The GT 430 runs on a 128-bit bus and has 1GB of GDDR3 memory at 800MHz (1600MHz effective).
The GeForce GT 430 is expected to outperform ATI’s Radeon HD 5570 and HD 5550 by up to 8% and 37% in DirectX 10 and up to 16% and 40% in DirectX 11 respectively. Gainward’s GeForce GT 430 also has native HDMI 1.4a with support 1080p Blu-ray 3D playback and DTS-HD MA and Dolby TrueHD. Besides HDMI, you have one VGA output and one DVI output as well.
Other NVIDIA features such as CUDA, PhysX, PureVideo HD, OpenGL 4.0 are all supported on the Gainward.
