There is an interesting post about GeForce 9800 GX2 performance on 3DMark06 in our forums which scores 14,180 on default settings using Core 2 Quad Q9550. Coincidentally, our sources told us of another platform setup that offers similar performance results of 14K+ but on a Phenom 9600 + 790FX setup and 17K+ if you overclocked the setup. The results certainly is not looking good at all this moment but so far there isn't any driver versions that we knew can support or optimize for 9800 GX2 yet. Therefore, we got to wait a while more to see the real performance. Also, we learned that the most of the 9800GX2 cards on AIC partners' hands are non working samples and only a very few lucky ones got working cards.
