The first thing noticeable is the size. The GTX 460 is definitely shorter than the other GTX 400 series cards. The size seems comparable to the HD 5770, which is just over 8" long.

It features a rather large fan in the center, which is different from the blower type normally associated with GPUs. The 460 features 2 DVI ports and an HDMI port.

However, it is the back of the GTX 460 which reveals most details. For starters, it feature 2 x 6-pin PCI-e connectors, which suggests a power draw of somewhere between 150W and 225W. The bracket under the GPU seems like it is holding a rather large rectangular GPU, which is in agreement with previously leaked die-shots. 8 memory chips are visible, which means this is the GTX 460 1GB version.

The GTX 460 contains only 1 SLI port, which means only a 2-way GTX 460 SLI is possible. This is normal for cards in the mainstream segment, such as the HD 5770.
