UNSC Logo Google is the truth

Sophie Raworth was discussing the Amnesty International’s criticism of the UN’s presence in Syria, and it just so happened that there was a full blown image of the Halo’s UNSC logo in the background.  Halo fans must have been wondering if the UN is actually the real space age organization behind the video game that they are playing.

BBChalo Google is the truth

Even the BBC makes mistakes.  In a recent News at One broadcast, the BBC mistakenly used the United Nations Space Command from Halo instead of the actual United Nations Security Council.

A Google image query of “UNSC” reveals that Halo’s UNSC dominate the UNSC image tags/names.  If Google’search data infer that Halo’s UNSC is more significant than the UN’s UNSC then who are we to argue with a search engine that dominates over 75 percent of the market.

 Google is the truth

Furthermore, we can’t blame the BBC’s producer for making an honest mistake—that is, believe all of Google’s queries before asking for a second opinion.  Until the rest of the world recognizes the significance of the UN’s UNSC, Halo’s UNSC logo will continue to represent the salvation of mankind.
