Google Nexus 7 to have full HD display & white Nexus 4 is coming

Google’s Nexus 7 and 4 will be getting some upgrades and color scheme change up possibly later this year.

According to Digitimes, the Nexus 7 will get a resolution upgrade from 1280×800 to a full HD display. The quad-core Tegra 3 device has turned the mid-ranged tablet market upside down with its incredibly attractive price tag.  In total, the Nexus 7 is estimated to surpass the 6 million units shipped by the end of January.

Google’s powerful 7-inch slate helped to spawn a new wave of budget tablets that not only had an affordable price tag, but also beefier hardware to make the experience of owning a "cheap" tablet much more enjoyable.

On the smartphone front, it looks like the Nexus 4 will jump out of its black shell and into a white one.  It has been nearly impossible for some to get their hands on the current black off-contract Nexus 4 from Google Play, but currently the device is available and has an ETA ship date of between 1-2 weeks (get it while you can).
