Yup, no hands needed.
Google's next phone is probably another Nexus, the X Phone by Motorola or both. What we do know is that it will have a rather intrusive feature – "always on listening mode" which will enable the user to shout commands to the phone. This is actually one of the known capabilities of the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC.
What's not interesting is that your phone and the cloud servers behind them will literally be spying on you (big brother).
The next part of the rumor is that the X Phone will be launched exclusively on AT&T for a period of 3 months. While that hardly concerns users across the globe, it means unlocked versions might come in 3 months late for everybody (and that not everyone in the US will be real happy with the AT&T exclusivity). However this launch will happen only in August this year, which means we still have a good 4 months ahead of us. This only diminishes the chances of seeing a real new Nexus phone at Google I/O next month (which doesn't leave anybody happy).
Add to that the fresh report of Google working on an Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update and you quickly begin to understand how dismayed enthusiasts are going to be next month if all this turns out to be true.
