Habey’s Atom HTPC Capable Of 1080p

Engadget reports that Habey’s HTPC which is powered by Intel Atom N270 but yet capable of playing 1080p videos, thanks to a potent hardware decoder that can supposedly handle 1080p content and even Blu-ray videos.

The BIS-6550HD, being able to adequately play back 1080p material, consumes power at about 13 watts. Complementing the 1.6GHz Atom processor
is a single SODIMM slot for carrying up to 2GB of RAM, comes with wireless and HDTV
tuner options, various video outputs, multi-card reader, gigabit
Ethernet and four USB 2.0 slots.
