Samsung Here are the rumored spec sheets of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 and Galaxy Ace 3

The soon to be unveiled Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 and Galaxy Ace 3 now have almost complete rumored spec sheets. In a nutshell, the two gadgets don't look spectacular, being minor updates over their predecessors.

The folks over at Russian website Hi-Tech might not have the history and clean as a whistle track record of our number one informant @evleaks, but they’ve proven themselves surprisingly reliable of late with “leaks” starring unreleased Android devices.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10 1 Here are the rumored spec sheets of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 and Galaxy Ace 3

Their latest scoop is also their biggest to date, but it remains to be seen if it’s reliable too. For now, we’re willing to take it for granted, since it falls in line with numerous other reports concerning Samsung’s soon to be unveiled Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 and Galaxy Ace 3.

All that being said and without further ado, I give you Galaxy Tab 3 10.1’s rumored list of features:

  • 1,280 x 800 pixels resolution display
  • Dual-core 1.6 GHz processor
  • 1 GB of RAM
  • 16/32 GB of on-board storage
  • MicroSD support
  • 3 MP rear snapper
  • 1.3 MP front camera
  • Android 4.2 Jelly Bean
  • 6,800 mAh battery
  • 243.1 x 176.1 x 7.95 mm dimensions
  • 510 grams weight

And now, ladies and gents, the Galaxy Ace 3:

  • 4-inch display with 800 x 480 pix res
  • Dual-core 1 GHz CPU
  • 1 GB of RAM
  • 4 GB of internal memory
  • Android Jelly Bean
  • MicroSD support
  • 5 MP camera
  • 1,500 mAh battery
  • 121.1 x 62.7 x 9.8 mm dimensions

Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 Here are the rumored spec sheets of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 and Galaxy Ace 3

First thought? Both these devices should be made available for fairly reasonable prices. I can’t hope to guess the exact numbers, but I’m willing to bet they’ll be in the $300-$350 range for the Tab 3 10.1 and $200-$250 for the Ace 3.

Second, they’re no massive upgrades compared with their predecessors. The 10-inch slate will pack a slightly zippier CPU, come with the latest and greatest Android version, plus a slimmer profile, but at the same time feature a measlier battery.

Meanwhile, the Ace 3 is basically better than the Ace 2 in every way, but only by a very small margin – slightly updated processor, bigger display by 0.2 inches, 0.8 mm shaved off its thickness and 232 MB of RAM extra.

Bottom line, what I’m trying to say is Samsung had better have something a little more glamorous up its sleeve as well for that upcoming “Premiere” event, or else it's going to be a colossal snoozefest.
