Hightech Information System (HIS) is one of the veterans in the ATi graphics
scene. With their line of IceQ graphics cards, HIS has distinguished itself from
the rest of the crowd. This line of IceQ products are factory fitted with
their trademark Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer fans. Being one of the main
attractions to the card, these Arctic Cooling fans are pretty looking, quiet during
operation, and more effective then other stock cooling solutions.
The HIS X800GT IceQ II Turbo 256MB PCIe we will be looking at today comes fitted with the ATi Silencer 4 from Arctic Cooling. Like the name suggests, this
card comes with a unique overclocking feature, known as the iTurbo mode. With
this mode enabled, the card will have a higher operating frequency of 500MHz

The HIS X800GT comes in this light blue packaging
with a window showing the Arctic Cooling fan. This box shares similar design as
most other IceQ products from HIS.
