Introduced in 2007 , the HP TouchSmart series comprised of tablet PC laptops and touchscreen all-in-one desktop computers and the TouchSmart 610 is the latest addition to the family and boasts a 23-inch HD wide LCD touchscreen display. Yes, it has a touchscreen that lets you draw and write onwith your finger.
