HTC Added SLCD Display Technology To Their Phones

While Samsung has their Super AMOLED displays for some of their phones like the Galaxy S and Wave, it seems that other phone makers are also looking into better display.

Taiwanese phone maker HTC has just unveiled the Super LCD display (SLCD) technology which would be incorporated into upcoming HTC phones including the HTC Desire and Nexus One.

The SLCD display claims to offer natural colors, higher contrast, wider viewing angles and improved power efficiency. This means a better overall experience when watching your videos or the images you took with the phone's camera, yet saving on the phone's battery life.
