Even though Nokia has said that their Windows Phone 7 would be out in Q4 this year, it looks like some phone makers may have theirs out earlier than the Finnish company. Today, HTC has announced their first Windows Phone 7 with the highly-anticipated Mango update, which comes in the form of HTC Radar. The HTC Radar is scheduled to go on retail in Singapore in October.

Taiwanese phone manufacturer HTC has unveiled their Windows Phone HTC Radar which is designed to keep you close to friends, family, news and entertainment that matter to you. The HTC Radar is the company's first Windows Phone 7 with Mango update. It features a compact aluminium uni-body, a built-in 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture, 28mm wide-angle lens and back-illuminated sensor for improved low-light performance. The HTC Radar can also capture 720p high definition videos. The smartphone also incorporates Virtual 5.1 surround sound for a rich audio experience, and web browsing is fast and smooth with HTML5 support. You can also get an amazing mobile gaming with Xbox LIVE that lets you access to a great selection of games for Windows Phones.
