HTC Desire Android 2.2 firmware goes gold in Singapore

While some in parts of the world have gotten the Android 2.2 firmware for their HTC Desire smartphones, many others were still left to wait for telco-specific or regional rollouts. HTC has given the green light for the Froyo update for those in Singapore; so grab your Desire and start updating guys!

The folks at HTC have made the Android 2.2 (Froyo) firmware official for its Desire smartphone earlier today for those residing in Singapore.

There isn’t a specific list of updates for 2.2, but there have been some changes made to the HTC Sense UI.
