HTC HD2 Will Not Be Upgraded To Windows Phone 7 Series

Sources have indicate that HTC's HD2 will not be be getting an upgrade to Windows Phone 7 series.
Microsoft's Joe Belfiore have told Engadget that the HTC HD2 will be upgraded due to the smartphone being "not compliant with the Windows Phone 7 Series hardware specifications"
Will you still be getting the HD 2 ?
