After what seemed like an endless number of leaks, Huawei finally goes official with the Ascend P6, the world’s slimmest Smartphone.
Design a phone inspired by the iPhone, fit it with a quad-core CPU, plenty or RAM and install the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean on it. After that, mold the Smartphone to fit a 6.18mm thin profile. Congratulations, you have a beautiful Smartphone in your hands, also bearing the “world’s slimmest” title. Say hello to the Huawei Ascend P6 officially, this time round.
There are three things that make the #AscendP6 special: the design, camera, and user interface.

We pretty much already knew the final specs of the Ascend P6, but here it is again (read above) officially. Many thought that the phone would sacrifice battery size for the extra slim body, but the 2000 mAh unit on the Ascend P6 proves us wrong with that theory.
The world’s slimmest Smartphone aims to bring extensive personalization features to consumers with over a 1000 themes, a revamped Emotion 1.6 UI, a 5 MP front camera for brilliant self-shots, 4cm macro shots and much more. Huawei’s promises with the Ascend P6 are big, and in number. Let’s just hope that the phone delivers, as reviews will reveal all in the coming days.
The Ascend P6 is priced officially at 449 Euros and will arrive in 19 countries by July.
