i68le Inno3D introduces NV41 based 6800LE PCI E

Inno3D introduces the 6800LE PCI-E 128MB Graphics card, featuring the new NV41 core and SLI capabilities, DDR BGA RAMS at 2.8ns & 8 pixel pipes like the AGP version.

The card does not require a power connector, unlike its more powerful GT and Ultra brothers. The copper heatsink found on the card is similar to the one found on their 6600GT product range.

Clocked at 300/600MHz, it is slower than a 6600GT by default, but scales better than a 6600GT when overclocked.

HKEPC also wants to correct a common misconception by the public, about Nvidia pushing 6800LE cards into the market for users to unlock the pixel pipes on the card to 12. It might be a case that the PPs are slower and does not meet Nvidia’s strict QC checks, although they are working perfectly fine. There will be approximately a 45% chance that users might be able to unlock to 12pipes on 6800LEs, but performance will be slightly slower than the vanilla 6800s.
