Singapore, January 20, 2004 – Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. and
Intel Corporation today announced an agreement to enable wireless Internet
access in seven grade A commercial properties in five countries/regions across
Asia Pacific.

Jones Lang LaSalle and Intel will co-operate, through Asia
Pacific-wide marketing and in-building promotions, to drive awareness of Wi-Fi
hotspots in the office buildings where notebook users can connect to the
Internet and corporate networks wirelessly. Wi-Fi hotspots will be installed in
the public lobby areas of each of the selected buildings.

As part of the agreement, the two parties will also deploy an
extensive signage program to drive awareness of Intel-verified hotspots in the
buildings. When tenants and visitors see Intel wireless signage at the hotspot,
they can recognize that the hotspot has been optimized, tested and verified with
Intel® Centrino(tm) mobile technology and they can enjoy wireless Internet at
its best.

"By offering high-speed Wi-Fi hotspots, these buildings will
provide tenants with the convenience and connection they need when working,
especially when they need to stay connected while moving from one office to
another," said Peter Barge, CEO, Jones Lang LaSalle, Asia Pacific. "As a real
estate services firm that is committed to delivering innovative technology
solutions, we continue to aggressively research and implement new technologies
that will give our clients a competitive edge. Our co-operation with Intel is a
pivotal effort to further advance the use of technology in our clients’
portfolio of properties across Asia Pacific."

"From PC makers to service providers to airports, hotels,
retail locations and now commercial properties, we are seeing strong acceptance
for Intel® Centrino(tm) mobile technology. Intel has already verified the
interoperability of Intel Centrino mobile technology with more than 90 service
providers and 25,000 hotspots worldwide," said Ryaz Patel, mobile platform
marketing manager, Intel Asia Pacific. "Intel continues to work with companies
such as Jones Lang LaSalle to establish hotspots that will enable business users
to have wireless access worldwide."

Intel Centrino mobile technology was specifically architected
for mobility, providing an optimized and validated a set of technologies to
enable an outstanding mobile experience. The Intel Centrino mobile technology
brand represents Intel’s best technology for mobile computing based on a new
processor architecture and wireless LAN capability and is designed for an
unwired computing experience while enabling extended battery life, outstanding
mobile performance and thinner and lighter form factors.

Facilitating the roll out of the wireless hotspots in the
selected buildings is Hotspot Global. Hotspot Global is the world’s first
clearing house for wireless Internet networks. The company’s roaming technology
enables the creation of a global network that lets mobile Internet users
seamlessly connect at any Hotspot Global location. No matter who manages the
hotspot at the location, the user will experience the same look and feel and
level of service, with just one bill from their provider.
