The Pentium D 840 (3.2GHz) is priced at $ 530, 830 (3GHz) at $ 316 and 820 (2.8GHz) at $ 241. Pentium 4 670 (3.8GHz) with 2MB L2 cache is priced at $ 851. Intel has also introduced the Intel 5×1 series with EM64T capability and 1MB L2 cache to replace the existing 32-bit Pentium 4 5xx series at the same price point. The Pentium 4 571 (3.8GHz) is priced at $ 637, 561 (3.6GHz) at $ 471, 551 (3.4GHz) at $ 278, 541 (3.2GHz) at $ 218, 531 (3GHz) at $ 178 and lastly 512 (2.8GHz) at $ 163.
