Intel Bearlake G+ Head-on w/ NVIDIA MCP79

Bearlake G officially known as G33 will be using back the current graphics core of the G965 which is the GMA X3000. We can expect G33 to be pretty similar to G965 on the GMCH side except for the support for DDR3 memories. On the ICH side, G33 will be paired up with the upcoming ICH9 series that support SATA Port Multiplier and Rapid Recover Technology. G33 is slated for launch in Q2 2007. What lies ahead in Q3 2007 is the Bearlake G+ officially known as G35 that will sport the next generation DX10 graphics core along side with cool features such as HDMI/HDCP, 1080i H.264 decode and HD Audio. It is definitely prove to be a challenge to the NVIDIA MCP79 when the time comes.
