Intel has issued a notice to its customers that Intel Pentium 4 2.8, 3.0, 3.2 and 3.4Ghz based on 0.13 Northwood core with 800Mhz FSB for both boxed and tray will be discontinued. The reason given is that the market demand for these processors has shifted to higher performance Intel processors which is referring to the current LGA775 processors from 2.8 to 3.8Ghz. The last product discontinuance order date is Mar 18th 2005.
