iPhone 3G S CPU and Memory Specs Revealed

In an article by Engadget, the specs of the iPhone 3G S were revealed by T-mobile Netherlands.
As you can see from screenshot above, it is a 600Mhz processor and 256MB of RAM, that will is a good increase from the predecessor iPhone which is only 128MB and a 412Mhz processor. Also, the 3G S will support hardware acceleration of OpenGL ES 2.0.
Excited? Maybe not for some existing iPhone owners but good news for those planning to get one on it. After all, it is scheduled to retail with your carrier providers soon.
