Bio Shock Infinite

Ken Levine, the co-founder and creative director at Irrational Games, has recently sent out a rather simple Tweet that may have some exciting implications. According to Levine, he’s quite ‘excited for tomorrow’, which could indicate a whole manner of things including a possible reveal for BioShock: Infinite’s first DLC add-on.

This assumption fits in line with recent reports, which indicate a possible DLC reveal in “late July” for the highly acclaimed AAA blockbuster. Additionally in the last few months placeholders for a list of ten DLC achievements have been spotted via Steam, further indicating that an add-on is quite near.

Hopefully the DLC packs for BioShock: Infinite will provide a substantial variety of in-game goodies; maybe a few extra quests, some new explosive powers to play around with and a nice arsenal of extra-deadly firearms to extinguish new enemies with.

Additionally the first downloadable content pack will be included with the game’s $19.99 Season Pass, which gives gamers access to “all three new add-ons for one low price”.

We’ll have more coverage on BioShock: Infinite’s upcoming DLC as more information comes to light, so stay tuned and keep your eyes peeled for a reveal on the morrow.
